I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a nice neighborhood close to Santo Domingo temple. The location was super convenient, allowing me to easily explore the main attractions of this city. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious room and a refreshing pool that came in handy during the hot Oaxacan days. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed and ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a reasonable selection of items and a beautiful outdoor terrace to enjoy the meal. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff were the highlights of my stay.

Spacious rooms - very clean and friendly staff .the general manager was very friendly, spoke excellent english and was very helpful in explaining the things to do in this wonderful city. Hats of to him. A good man to know and made all the difference. The daily excellent buffet breakfast was always the start of a good day.

Staff was excellent. Location in walking distance to the main sites,and traditional and fabulous food. Taxi services was right outside. Room was clean and comfortable.

Bathroom area was not bright enough,And the air extractor was too noisy.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was close to main attractions and within walking distance to the main sites. The nearby Italian restaurant was passable and there was a fine wine store just 2 blocks away. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious and clean room. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the general manager who spoke excellent English and provided us with great recommendations of things to do in the city. The daily buffet breakfast was top-notch and the staff were attentive and helpful. Additionally, the hotel offered free covered parking, which was a great convenience.

This place is amazing, the rooms were large, the staff were flawless. Carlos especially, hes the manager. The pool was sensational, perfect temp and well maintained. The location was impecabble, the rooms were quiet. Cant fault.

The bed was a bit too hard

This place has an amazing location near El Llano, making it easy to walk to from here, and it's situated in a peaceful area which made our stay really enjoyable.

We recently stayed at a hotel located just across a lovely park, close to many food stores and restaurants, and just a short walk to the main city square. We were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel to be well-managed, clean and with excellent customer service. The rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable, offering a great view of the pool area from our balcony. One of the best aspects of our stay was the buffet breakfast which had a variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the tour company agent located in the lobby, who helped us book excursions with ease.
